You may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, carrying the weight of past experiences, or feeling stuck in a difficult life or relationship transition. Anxiety, grief, or career pressures can leave you feeling disconnected and unsure of what comes next.
Recognizing that you want things to change and taking the step to seek therapy is both meaningful and courageous. It can also feel unfamiliar or even overwhelming at first. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to understand what has brought you here and to help you move toward your goals so you can feel more like yourself again.
I work with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of trauma. Many people I work with notice that symptoms such as anxiety, emotional numbness, hypervigilance, or self-criticism are connected to past experiences that have not yet been fully processed.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based, trauma-focused approaches including:
